Terms of Service

✧ By commissioning me, you will be agreeing to all of my terms and services listed below.✧ Please make sure to read them prior to avoid any disagreements between us.✧ If you have any questions, feel free to DM me either on Instagram or Discord.

✧ Rules ✧

✧ Please always credit me when uploading my art on social media.✧ You cannot edit my art in any way (e.g.) recoloring, redrawing, tracing, etc.✧ My art is for personal use only unless stated otherwise with prior discussion — see Commercial Use below.✧ I don’t accept mood boards or written descriptions on their own — picture references are required to commission me.✧ All references must be 2D photos and compiled in a neat manner so that I can clearly understand what each section is for — example provided in Commission Form.

✧ Payment ✧

✧ Payment is upfront and via PayPal — for larger commissions (greater than £100) I will allow you to pay 50% upfront and the other 50% once I'm finished with your commission.✧ I only accept GBP (£).✧ Payment must be sent within 48 hours of the request otherwise the commission will be canceled.

✧ COMMISSIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE ✧

✧ Procedure ✧

✧ Please check to see if my commissions are open first before requesting one.✧ When sending one, please make sure that you’ve read through the Commission Form section to know what to include.✧ My commissions are not first come first serve — once all forms are received, they will be reviewed and I will decide which ones to work on, after which I will proceed to contact you and request payment.✧ Once the commission is paid for, I will give you an estimated time for completion.✧ You will receive WIPs during each stage of the process (i.e.) sketch, line art, coloring, and final touches — this will be your opportunity to specify any changes needed to be done.✧ When requesting changes, please make sure they are minor (e.g.) one hand is down but you decide you’d prefer it on your character's waist instead — major changes will be rejected.✧ I will not make any big changes unless I’ve made a mistake or gotten your approval first.

✧ Commercial Use ✧

✧ My commissions are for personal use only by default — In the case of needing a commission for commercial use, you will need to discuss it with me privately first.✧ Please remember for commercial use, prices may vary due to the scale of said commission.

✧ LIST OF WHAT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL USE ✧

✧ Using my art for any form of merchandise to promote your brand / product.✧ Using my arts for prints with the intention to sell them.✧ Using my art in YouTube videos, Twitch streams, etc.✧ Using my designs for Vtubing purposes.

✧ VTUBING PURPOSES ✧

✧ I will allow any commission that requires me to design and draw the full body model to be ready for rigging.✧ I do not rig any of my models.✧ The design price will change depending on the complexity.

Commission Form

✧ Provided below is a guideline for how you can organize the details of your commission.✧ Please make sure to include many reference pictures — I suggest compiling them on a Pinterest board for organizational and accessibility purposes.✧ If you already have a character design sheet, feel free to just send them along with additional references (e.g.) for the background, the pose, etc.✧ For multiple characters, feel free to create individual forms for each of them.
